This policy describes what Veteran Legacy Plan (“we”) collects on veteranlegacyplan.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you type into our form, we use it to contact you about your request, and we don’t sell it.
What we collect
When you request a Benefit Gap Review, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address (optional), whether you’re a veteran, spouse, or family member, and your branch of service (optional). We don’t currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
To respond to your request — a licensed specialist contacts you by phone, text, or email about your Benefit Gap Review — and to keep a record of that request. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it lives
Form submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in a private spreadsheet. The site is hosted on Vercel; email is delivered via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the site.
Your choices
If you want your information corrected or deleted, tell us through the form on the homepage or reply to any message we send you, and we’ll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
